Regular Meetings

POC Calls
Throughout the year STAR holds conference calls for all of our member POCs (Points Of Contact) who are designated by their company to represent their interests at STAR for purposes of voting and other decision making. POC meetings cover both official voting issues as well as progress reports on projects and general discussion on the goals of STAR and any relevant issues.
Work Group Calls
Workgroup calls are held as needed, led by a STAR officer or data architect, with any member representatives chosen to work on a specific project. These are often technical in nature but also can be formed for marketing or other business purposes.
Quarterly Virtual Meetings - Coming Soon!
STAR also holds members-only virtual meetings throughout the year. These include in-house discussions on specific standards issues and project breakout sessions, as well as member voting where applicable.
STAR's regular meetings are strictly limited to members only. A schedule of upcoming member meetings can be found within the STAR Member Portal.
